FBS Workforce Insights Consultant, Sr

As a Senior Workforce Insights Consultant, you will support HR Reporting and Analytics to solve business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing workforce metrics, trends, and patterns to identify insights and areas for improvement
• Developing and maintaining standard management and ad hoc reports
• Providing quantitative comparisons of data points using statistical analysis
• Collaborating with subject matter experts across HR service areas and finance to promote data governance and stewardship
• Communicating findings in a clear and simple manner with excellent written and oral communication skills

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of analytics experience in a relevant field
• Experience in proactively identifying, prioritizing, and delivering small to mid-size projects
• Basic process design and mapping skills
• General knowledge of measurement and statistics
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Basic proficiency in data visualization applications (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
• Basic proficiency in SQL
