Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai, you will play a crucial role in defining measurements and instrumentation specs to track in-game behaviour and partner requests.

You will perform in-depth analysis on player segments, funnels, progression, churn, and spend, translating findings into prioritised actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and evaluating A/B and multivariate tests to measure the impact of events, content updates, and campaigns
• Building and maintaining dashboards, recurring reports, and self-serve queries for daily performance
• Applying AI/ML techniques in data and analytics to improve targeting and outcomes
• Communicating insights through clear storytelling and recommendations to global partners

Requirements:

• More than five years of experience in analytics/data roles
• Advanced SQL and Python or R skills
• Strong foundation in statistics/experimentation and applied modelling
• Experience with machine learning, large-scale data environments, and BI/dashboard tools
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
