The Quality Verification and Standards (QVS) team is an integral part of the development process, consistently delivering actionable insights that support game teams to optimise software performance and elevate gameplay. Apex Legends QV is looking for an experienced technology leader to accelerate and lead the adoption of AI tools and tech. Reporting to senior QV leadership, you will help develop a multi-year AI strategy supporting product goals and needs. You will participate in evaluations of future technologies, recommending solutions to QA leaders, and partnering with QA and development teams to define requirements, develop onboarding materials, and guide successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and identify AI solutions aligned with the quality mission.
- Conduct and organise tech evaluations, measuring reliability, accuracy, and legal risk.
- Prepare cost-benefit and comparison reports to inform tooling investment.
- Provide regular reporting on AI/ML efforts, focusing on cost vs reward.
- Gather use cases and translate them into engineering requirements.
- Create documentation and training for new tools.
- Measure AI/technology investment success using usage data and feedback.
- Champion AI and automation technologies, promoting return on investment and sharing successes.
- Architect systems for AI-driven data, surfacing balance issues, design flaws, and exploits.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading technology adoption in multinational organisations.
- Knowledge of AI prompting and optimising response quality.
- Hands-on Large Language Model (LLM) experience and awareness of ideal use cases.
- Convert data/results into applicable business insights.
- Deliver technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
