Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Development Director to lead the FC Live Platform Operations team, responsible for the overall health, effectiveness, and operational readiness of the FC live service.
The successful candidate will report to the Lead Development Director and be accountable for the successful execution and continuous improvement of a broad operational area. They will serve as the primary point of contact between the operations area and leadership, providing visibility into priorities, progress, risks, and opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning operational outcomes for the FC Live Platform Operations area
- Partnering with the Area Producer to define priorities, workforce plans, and operational initiatives
- Serving as the primary operational point of contact for leadership
- Leading cross-functional programs and initiatives
- Establishing and continuously improving the operating model, team capabilities, and ways of working
- Supporting and developing Development Directors and Producers
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience leading complex programs, operations, or projects, including 6+ years in an operational leadership role. They will also have proven ability to build and improve operational processes, team effectiveness, and delivery outcomes.
