Musketeer - On Premise Specialist

We are looking for a Musketeer - On Premise Specialist to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina.

As a Musketeer, you will be an ambassador for Red Bull, showcasing our premium brand in the nightlife environment. You will establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners, and take full responsibility for the On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market.

Responsibilities:

• Use your unique personality to showcase our premium brand
• Bring the brand to life, from trendy restaurants and bars, to the best clubs in town, and the biggest festivals
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and business partners
• Build your personal reputation within the local scene based on your extensive knowledge of the industry and latest trends
• Take full responsibility for the On Premise sales and marketing activities in your market
• Develop and deploy ingenious strategies and innovative tools to deliver the perfect pitch for Red Bull
• Strengthen and nurture long-term professional relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with key influencers and industry experts
• Utilize your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings for your customers and for Red Bull
• Take a creative approach to problem solving and marketing, coming up with new and innovative ways to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise channel

Requirements:

• Established contacts within the industry, and/or the ability and desire to make them quickly and smoothly
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is highly preferred
• Strong ability to navigate the technical landscape of iPhones and iPads, various custom applications, and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and thrive on autonomy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and are able to analyze sales and customer data, draw the right conclusions, and develop initiatives offering maximum value for both Red Bull and the customer
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Bachelor's degree preferred
