FBS Application Test Spec IV

We are seeking a highly experienced FBS Application Test Spec IV to define the overall testing strategy and manage all related activities for application technical testing. You will participate in preparation of proposals and action plans, lead implementation of new processes and tools, develop quality criteria and measuring techniques, validate system acceptability, and make project stop/go recommendations to management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, documenting, executing, and maintaining technical test cases and test data
• Utilizing testing tools such as Integration, System, Regression, Performance/Stress/Volume
• Analyzing system and business requirements for testability
• Reporting status of test plan execution through defect logs/defect tracking system
• Ensuring that acceptance criteria are met
• Assisting with resolution of environmental issues and supporting application development, implementation, and user training activities
• Analyzing test results, assisting with troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and validating system design
• Developing test plans, including test scenarios, test objectives, quality criteria, and measurement techniques
• Supporting configuration/change management groups to ensure smooth transition of code through the lifecycle
• Providing guidance on the usage of testing tools and development of test scenarios, test objectives, and test cases to junior testing specialists
• Overseeing workflow and work distribution within testing area and ensuring that service levels are met
• Validating acceptance criteria for testing phase and maintaining knowledge of business unit processes/products
• Participating in-depth analysis and development of new or revised standards, methodologies, and processes within testing
• Developing training material as necessary

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in quality engineering, SDET, Rally, Selenium/Playwright
