Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects across PT Solutions, including renovations, relocations, and de novo developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end execution of assigned construction projects
• Partnering cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful project execution
• Collaborating with the Growth Project Management team to support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives
• Overseeing timely and accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting for all construction projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial parameters
• Managing project timelines and execution to ensure milestones are met
• Executing construction activities with minimal disruption to clinical operations
• Ensuring all construction projects meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and readiness standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management, real estate development, or capital projects
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site construction portfolios
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and vendor relationships
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications

In return, you will receive a salary of $70,000-85,000 annually, plus industry-leading professional development opportunities.
