EA's CFO organization comprises a broad group of finance disciplines. The common goal is partnership with business teams delivering strategies and providing players with amazing experiences. All finance teams assist the business in achieving profitable creativity by providing financial insight, reporting, and guidance.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA's Leadership team. This Sr. Finance Director will lead business support for central EA Studios organizations, serving as an embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses & teams, and an experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to support all financial elements associated with the successful strategy execution of central EA Studios organizations.
- Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.
- Manage the holistic health of EA Studio business, including full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial planning process, including long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles.
- Manage other recurring, enterprise processes on behalf of EA Studios.
- Drive regular communications with President / Chief Studios Officer, COO EA Studios, and broader EA Studio Leadership Team.
- Establish and track performance measurements across all major offerings and projects.
- Provide ad-hoc financial and decision support analysis.
- Serve as a leadership partner on behalf of EA Studios FP&A with other Finance teams / disciplines.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in senior-level roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience utilizing AI and technology solutions to improve financial processes, analytics, and decision-making.

- Excels in a dynamic business environment and can resolve complex business issues.
- Builds trust, diverse relationships, and can move beyond reporting to synthesis and insight.
- Experienced in evaluating performance metrics and implementing action plans.
