Description
Join Red Bull's Graduate Program in Brand Marketing, a one-year experience starting January 2027. As part of the Egyptian Brand Team, you will support the execution of Micro Occasion Campaigns, regional campaigns, and ad-hoc occasion requests. Your tasks will include coordinating and executing campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth delivery across multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Occasion Campaign Execution:
- Support the execution of 7 Micro Occasion Campaigns across priority regions.
- Manage and coordinate micro-campaigns addressing relevant local consumer occasions and emerging opportunities.
- Translate approved campaign plans and briefs into clear executional plans and timelines.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables across relevant internal teams and external partners.
- Follow up on deadlines, approvals, assets, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Support the implementation of campaigns across relevant consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure campaigns and micro-campaigns are executed according to the approved strategy and brief.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support post-campaign reporting and consolidation of executional learnings.
- Always-On & Ad-Hoc Occasion Marketing:
- Support the day-to-day execution of the Always-On Occasion Marketing calendar.
- Coordinate planned occasion activities and ensure all required deliverables are prepared and delivered on time.
- Coordinate and execute ad-hoc occasion requests from cross-functional teams.
- Translate approved requests into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and agencies to deliver requested materials and activations.
- Maintain trackers, timelines, and execution plans across Always-On and ad-hoc initiatives.
- Follow up on deliverables, approvals, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure Always-On and ad-hoc initiatives are aligned with the agreed Occasion Strategy and Red Bull brand guidelines.
- Effectively prioritize multiple requests and communicate timeline or executional challenges to the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Support the development and adaptation of executional tools required for different occasions.
- Regional & Seasonal Activation Execution:
- Support the execution of regional and seasonal activations in key travel destinations during peak periods.
- Coordinate with Field Activation and relevant internal teams on execution requirements.
- Support the preparation and delivery of activation materials and tools.
- Follow up on logistical and executional requirements to ensure smooth implementation.
- Support on-ground execution where required.
- Document activation outputs and learnings for future planning.
- Creative & Asset Execution:
- Coordinate the development of creative and communication assets based on approved briefs.
- Follow up with creative and production agencies on timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal feedback and approvals.
- Ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats and within agreed timelines.
- Support the adaptation of existing Red Bull assets for regional occasion needs.
- Ensure all materials follow approved Red Bull brand guidelines and Corporate Identity.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Act as a key executional contact for Micro Occasion Marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Advertising, Trade Marketing, Sales, Sports, Culture, Student & Field Marketing, and other relevant teams.
- Maintain clear communication on project status, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Escalate challenges, delays, or conflicting priorities to the Brand Marketing Manager.
- Trade Marketing & POS Execution:
- Support the implementation of approved occasion initiatives across relevant POS touchpoints.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing and Sales on occasion-related execution requirements.
- Support the adaptation and delivery of occasion marketing materials for commercial environments.
- Follow up on execution to ensure materials are implemented according to the approved plan.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Maintain trackers for Regional Occasion Campaigns, micro-campaigns, Always-On initiatives, and ad-hoc requests.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution status.
- Support the collection of campaign and activation results.
- Assist with post-campaign evaluations and reporting.
- Consolidate executional learnings and feedback for the Brand Marketing Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or a related field; internship experience is an advantage.
- Strong interest in marketing, brands, and consumer-facing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
- Proactive approach to following up on deliverables and deadlines.
- Ability to work with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Good understanding of brand consistency and the importance of following brand guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication abilities.
