Director, Partnership Distribution

As a Director, Partnership Distribution, you will actively collaborate with business partners to develop banca partnership strategies and joint business plans, ensuring business initiatives are effective and aligned with the company's vision.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering effective business activities with partners to capture untapped market opportunities and maintain sales momentum
• Formulating product strategies and execution plans to drive a balanced product mix
• Managing the product implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new or revamped products
• Working closely with business partners to manage product launches

Requirements:

• Solid experience in life insurance product development and partnership management
• Strong presentation and project management skills
• Great sense of ownership and strong business mindset with good analytical skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working well under tight schedules
• Good interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Efficient MS application and Chinese input
• Fluent in written and spoken English
