Sales Training & Customer Excitement Manager

We are seeking a Sales Training & Customer Excitement Manager to join our team at Porsche Schweiz AG in Rotkreuz. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing, planning, and conducting product and market trainings, as well as system and process trainings in collaboration with relevant departments.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing, planning, and implementing product and market trainings, as well as system and process trainings
• Developing and maintaining onboarding training programs and the Learning Management System 'Porsche Academy'
• Managing and developing specific training plans for each Porsche location
• Analysing customer touchpoints and further developing role and qualification programs
• Collaborating on the introduction of new training, coaching, and people excellence concepts
• Expanding the Customer Excitement & Customer Experience area in collaboration with relevant departments
• Implementing new learning methods into existing and future qualification programs
• Administering and operating the Porsche Training Centre in collaboration with After Sales Training

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field with a focus on sales or automotive trade
• 3-5 years of experience in operational training, business development, or sales in the automotive industry
• Self-motivated, structured, and service-oriented working style with excellent team, communication, presentation, and moderation skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and digital tools
• Fluency in English and French, with Italian language skills being an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
