Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.
You'll work early mornings, specifically Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 04:00 to 08:00, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilizing digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

Requirements:
- Being digitally confident
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work across various areas of the store
- Strong communication skills
Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate
- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
