Description
We are seeking a Technical Senior Principal Project Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Raymond, Ohio. As a Senior Technical Leader, you will review and judge risk for complex market problems impacting responsible categories, prioritize resources and analysis actions, and communicate complex issues to key decision makers.
Job Purpose: As a Senior Technical Leader, you will be responsible for evaluating problem complexity, ranking, and market assessment to assess risk. You will lead complex market problem and P1 resolution projects, communicate complex issues to decision makers, and approve the accuracy and completeness of work generated by analysis teams.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, electrical technology, mechanical engineering or relevant work experience
- 12 years Quality related experience; 6 years Technical Leadership experience
- Technical complex problem solving, communication, and reporting skills
Working Conditions:
- Local travel between plants/buildings on Ohio's campuses and/or travel to suppliers
- Travel to other N.A. sites for 1-3 day duration; 1-2 times per year
- Expected 5-10 hours overtime per week as needed
