Senior AI Software Developer - Iron Man

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join the Iron Man project, which is being developed using Unreal Engine 5. The successful candidate will work on various AI features and systems in a collaborative environment.

The Senior AI Developer will:

• Implement and enhance features relating to behaviours, navigation, and core systems
• Participate in defining the architecture of foundational AI technology and associated performance targets
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to brainstorm solutions that further the game's artistic and design vision
• Mentor other developers on the AI team and participate in design and code reviews
• Work closely with QV and technical leadership to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of AI systems

Requirements:

• B.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of professional C/C++ experience
• Experience developing AI systems on AAA games with at least one shipped title
• Strong teamwork skills but also the ability to take ownership and work independently
• Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5 is strongly preferred
• Prior leadership experience is desirable
• Passion for both developing and playing games
