Junior Field Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Field Marketing Specialist to join our team in Warsaw.

As a Junior Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of Student Marketers, building the local image of our global brand, and co-creating a business plan for the Mazovian, Warmian-Masurian, and Podlaskie regions.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing a team of Student Marketers, including recruitment, training, and management
• Building the local image of our brand, focusing on key events, scenes, and marketing opportunities
• Developing new and innovative ideas for local marketing activities
• Supporting the consumer acquisition program at universities through sampling, sports and cultural programs, and regional communication
• Participating in national sports and cultural projects and sales activations
• Collaborating with the Field Marketing Manager to create and support key marketing initiatives in the region
• Working with the entire marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Continuously improving logistics systems and infrastructure to support regional activities

Requirements:

• Residence in Warsaw and surroundings
• Driver's license category B
• Intermediate English language skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in implementing marketing activities
• Independence, creativity, initiative
• Ability to build relationships and networks
• Analytical skills, accuracy, and reliability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience working in teams, including cross-functional groups with different goals and personalities
• Understanding of trends, student environment, and ways to reach different consumer groups
