Sr. Application Engineer - Xactly

As a Senior Application Engineer on our IT Team, you'll develop and implement solutions with Xactly. We're seeking a candidate with strong technical expertise who enjoys collaborative work and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize Connect integration pipelines between source systems and Xactly.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define data requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues, failed Connect jobs, data mismatches, and pipeline errors.
• Document pipeline configurations, field mappings, and transformation logic.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Connect experience with data pipelines, transformations, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Xactly Extend and Xactly CEA.
• Strong SQL skills for writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries.
• Experience with source system integrations such as SFDC, Workday, NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Xactly certification(s)
• Knowledge of ICM/SPM processes
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, or shell)
• Familiarity with data warehousing or BI tools (Snowflake, Tableau, etc.)
