Experienced Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer, primarily serving high-end luxury automotive and Formula 1, seeks experienced Composite Laminators at its Brackley site.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to producing high-quality composite materials.

Responsibilities:

• Laminate and tool a wide range of products
• Verify information on drawings and route card instructions
• Develop processes to enhance quality and efficiency
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organised workspace
• Demonstrate attention to detail

Requirements:

• Experience in laminating and tooling
• Knowledge of pre-preg autoclave processes
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Motorsport/automotive experience beneficial
