ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of its largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. As that motion grows, how the company chooses which opportunities to pursue, how it positions itself, and how consistently it executes becomes an increasingly important part of its enterprise strategy.
The Enterprise RFP Lead will define how ElevenLabs approaches major enterprise pursuits globally, with meaningful ownership over which opportunities to pursue, leading the strategy behind its most important responses, and building an AI-first engine that gets smarter with every pursuit.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with strategic enterprise RFPs, a builder's approach to AI and automation, exceptional communication skills, and strong commercial judgment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the strategy for major enterprise pursuits globally
- Build and lead a small global team
- Develop and implement an AI-first engine for RFPs
- Collaborate with sales, product, security, legal, and executive stakeholders
