Customer Solution Architect (AMER)

Supabase is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to drive the adoption of Supabase across a diverse range of customers. As a CSA, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey, working closely with high-value users to uncover business and technical requirements, design and architect technical solutions, lead proof-of-value implementations, and provide regular customer engagements.

Discovery

• Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives
• Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers
• Work with Growth team members to size deals and provide anticipated usage estimates

Proof-of-Value Onboarding

• Collaborate with customers to determine the technical scope of a proof-of-value
• Set proof-of-value timelines, business outcomes, and success criteria
• Guide new customers through an onboarding journey

Customer Success

• Understand immediate and long-term customer goals to build meaningful account plans
• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous engagements with Supabase customers
• Serve as an internal champion for customers and the platform
• Build trust-based relationships with customers

Preferred Experience

• 6+ years of relevant work experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar
• Strong background with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Background in web application development with familiarity with Python, C#, popular JavaScript frameworks, and Node.js
• Very strong communication skills, particularly of technical concepts
• Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools
• Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements
