Description
The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.25 - $24.25, with a full pay range of $22.25 - $37.80 per hour.
As a Specialty Sales Team Leader at Target, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth. You will lead a team of consultants and be responsible for prioritizing guest experiences, managing workload, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering guest experience commitments and creating an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience
- Leading a team of hourly team members and providing coaching, development, and evaluation
- Planning and executing daily and weekly workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Demonstrating a service culture that prioritizes guest service experience
- Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
- Participating in team hiring and onboarding processes
- Supporting merchandise protection strategies and store emergency and compliance needs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
