Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Technical Program Manager, AI Applications, Enterprise Intelligence to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating AI Applications strategy into execution across programs that span global teams, including Austin and Hyderabad.

The Enterprise Intelligence (EI) team harnesses the power of data to deliver transformative insights and solutions to EA game teams and players. The AI Applications (AIA) team focuses on building and scaling AI-driven products and capabilities that unlock deeper insights, accelerate decision-making, and enable intelligent, data-informed outcomes across EA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end program execution, including scope definition, milestones, dependencies, risks, success measures, and delivery across AI Applications initiatives.
  • Establish and facilitate Agile and program operating rhythms for globally distributed teams.
  • Partner with AI Applications leadership, Engineering Operations leadership, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to align strategic priorities and delivery outcomes.
  • Drive program-level planning, including capacity planning, resource allocation, OKRs, and roadmap alignment.
  • Manage budgets, resourcing plans, and external/vendor partnerships to support program delivery.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring transparency and proactive resolution.
  • Provide clear, concise, and data-driven updates to leadership.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve program delivery and team operating practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working within data, AI/ML, analytics, or insights-driven organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage capacity planning, budgets, and resourcing strategies.
  • Experience driving cross-functional alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong risk and issue management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
