Risk Management Internship

This is a 6-month full-time internship supporting the Risk Management team at Sun Life.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Risk Management department in various risk management activities, such as conducting risk assessments to identify, assess, and address operational risks.
• Support the Risk Management department on second-line control testing over key and critical controls of operational processes.
• Support the maintenance of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, specifically the Archer Platform.

Requirements:

• Currently in year 2-4 of studies in Risk Management, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of programming skills, Access, FoxPro, and GGY AXIS is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
