Senior System Level Testability Engineer

NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group is seeking a Senior System Level Testability Engineer to join the Test, Manufacturability, Reliability & Quality (TMRQ) team. The successful candidate will define and drive system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation for complex semiconductor chips.

The role involves partnering with hardware engineering teams to determine coverage needs and constraints, defining requirements for software and board teams to support test infrastructure, and co-designing testability scope and coverage enhancements for NVIDIA's manufacturing testing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with HW engineering teams to determine coverage needs and constraints
• Defining requirements for SW and board teams to support test infrastructure
• Co-designing testability scope and coverage enhancements for NVIDIA's manufacturing testing
• Prototyping and fine-tuning speed, power, performance, yield, and quality on pre-production silicon
• Co-designing, developing, and maintaining system-level testing flows
• Defining procedures to facilitate correlation activities between production testing infrastructure and internal diagnostic programs
• Supporting customer-facing and quality teams during customer escalations
• Creating key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of new tests
• Initiating and driving process improvements and preventative actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong EE fundamentals, knowledge of digital design, signal integrity, statistics, timing analysis, fault analysis, sampling, and computer architecture
• Strong data analysis skills and prior experience working with volume data
• Validated hands-on lab experience with silicon bring-up and lab debug
• Good understanding of firmware/driver structures and their interaction with HW
• Problem-solving, debugging, analysis, and logical reasoning skills
• Experience with Python, BASH, Linux

The base salary range for this position is $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4 and $196,000 - $310,500 for Level 5.
