Description
The Product Security team at Ramp helps make the platform the most secure place for customers to manage their financial information.
The team's work focuses on three key areas:
- Building products with security in mind
- Detecting and responding to threats before they cause harm
- Using security to power Ramp's growth
Responsibilities include:
- Building security-focused application primitives and integrating them into existing products
- Designing and deploying platform-level mitigations to common security issues
- Leading remediation of prioritized issues across the technology stack
- Partnering with engineering teams to design and deploy inherently secure solutions
- Championing the use of tooling to help engineers build secure systems quickly
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience building software
- Minimum 2 years of experience focused on platform, infrastructure, and/or security
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow and master your craft
- Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- Alignment with Ramp's core values of enabling businesses to grow more by spending less
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Python (Flask), Elixir, and AWS (ECS)
- Experience analyzing and improving the security posture of infrastructure in AWS
