Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
The starting hourly rate is $18.00 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.00 USD - $27.00 USD per hour. Effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As a team member at Target, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who are excited about working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You will need to be flexible with your work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
