Power Electronics & E-Motor Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager for our Power Electronics & E-Motor team in Valladolid.

As a Project Manager with a background in power electronics and/or e-motor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure product/process development and industrialization according to standards and processes
• Ensure robustness of product/process design
• Provide technical support to designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities, managers, logisticians, quality analysis, commodity buyers, etc.
• Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
• Lead supplier convergence for development and industrialization
• Suggest technical solutions
• Sign plans by team leader delegation
• Create synthesis files on technical convergence and progress
• Manage quality documentation and planning of tooling go-ahead
• Initiate technical documentation
• Manage LUP resolution

Your Profile:

• Engineers with different levels of experience are welcome to apply:
• Junior Level: No prior experience required; recent graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Specialist Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in battery development
• Senior Level: Minimum 4 years of experience in battery development
• Background in power electronics, e-motors, or related fields
• Proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French desirable
• Ability to travel frequently (10% of time) to client facilities
