Description
We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our Private Banking and Wealth Management (PBWM) division. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for bringing the voice of the user to how we design and develop our digital banking products by conducting user research and delivering insights to help shape our strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability tests to understand customer needs, pain points, and integrate feedback and preferences to banking products and services
- Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital banking platforms and applications for a seamless and engaging user experience
- Design and maintain visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with the bank's brand identity and design guidelines across digital products
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for visualisation and testing of product concepts and features before development
- Ensure accessibility considerations to provide an inclusive experience for all users
- Monitor industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design quality and innovation of banking products
Requirements:
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative methodologies and how to implement them
- Strong communication skills (insights playback and delivery)
- Ability to help influence and shape Business and product strategy
Nice to Have:
- Experience in working with data platforms
- Experience in shaping propositions
- Financial services experience / working in a large organisation
