The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a Pay Range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.
As a Style Consultant at Target, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your main objective will be to drive sales, maintain a visually appealing store environment, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Execute visual standards and maintain a guest-ready floorpad
- Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs
- Sort and process freight, and locate merchandise in the backroom
- Set visual presentations and maintain product availability
- Support guest services, including backup cashiering and order pickup
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work in a safe manner and report hazards
- Create a welcoming experience for guests
Requirements:
