IT Support Engineer - Modern Workplace

TGR Haas F1 Team, a prominent competitor in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, seeks an IT Support Engineer - Modern Workplace. This role, based in Banbury, UK, supports the delivery and contribution of departmental and organisational objectives. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality IT support and services across the organisation, focusing on Microsoft 365 and modern workplace services.

The role involves:

• Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and performance
• Administering and enhancing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Power Platform, and Entra ID
• Designing, developing, and enhancing small-scale SharePoint and Power Platform solutions
• Providing 2nd and 3rd line technical support to the global user base
• Conducting detailed troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution steps
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of knowledge articles, procedures, and operational standards
• Assisting with IT asset, software licence, and inventory management
• Supporting user lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and hardware/software provisioning

The successful candidate will:

• Have a BSc, MIS, or other IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience
• Possess at least 5 years of progressive IT support experience
• Hold an advanced qualification in Microsoft 365 administration and/or development, or equivalent practical experience
• Be able to work in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
• Demonstrate resilience, composure, integrity, and discretion
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and flexible
