Description
Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Windows Systems Administration to join its Identity Security Operations and Delivery team.
The successful candidate will lead the operations and delivery of enterprise identity solutions, focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and the company's global hybrid Active Directory deployment. This senior role involves securing human and non-human identities, enabling enterprise identity lifecycle management, configuring application single sign-on and provisioning, and supporting a Zero Trust security posture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project deliverables, troubleshooting sessions, and incident resolution
- Designing and delivering end-to-end SSO integrations using SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and OAuth 2.0
- Implementing and managing SCIM provisioning for SaaS applications
- Securing human and non-human identities through modern authentication protocols
- Defining and maintaining authorization models, including role-based access control (RBAC)
- Automating identity operations and administration using scripting and platform APIs
- Supporting a hybrid multi-forest Microsoft AD infrastructure
- Maintaining the identity security posture and remediating over-privileged access
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years specializing in Identity & Access Management
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance features
- Strong understanding of core IAM protocols, including SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
- Practical experience with Zero Trust architectures and passwordless authentication
- Scripting and automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell
- Experience administrating cloud infrastructure in AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts and Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory
In terms of compensation and benefits, Electronic Arts offers:
- Salary range: $122,300 - $170,700 CAD
