Assistant Manager - Activation and Productivity (Activation Officer)

As an Assistant Manager - Activation and Productivity (Activation Officer), you will present key strategies to improve profitability and market share by enhancing the activation of rookie agents.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating, monitoring, and measuring agent activation, case count, and case productivity
• Implementing company objectives through training, client forums, and reactivation programs
• Promoting agents' productivity through collaboration with agency leaders and sales directors
• Providing timely data and feedback to sales directors and agency leaders
• Developing programs to increase the number of core agents
• Supporting agent training and segment marketing teams
• Managing budgets for activation and productivity
• Conducting boot camps and advanced courses for agents
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

• A college degree in any course, preferably Behavioral Science or Management
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• A license in traditional life insurance and/or UL products
• At least 5 years of life insurance training experience
