Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at Monzo, you'll lead a high-performing team of senior engineers, supporting and developing them throughout their careers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a high-performing team of engineers
• Partnering with Product, Design, Research, and Data to build out product strategy and vision
• Taking accountability for delivery across your squad(s)
• Fostering a high bar for engineering excellence within your teams
• Partnering with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives
• Leading communication with stakeholders from other teams

Requirements:

• Experience working on user-facing mobile products
• Strong technical and delivery background
• Founder mindset with a focus on driving business impact
• Ability to chart a course for a high-performing team of engineers
• Comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas and high autonomy
• Experience working in an experimentation-led environment is a bonus
