Manager, Publisher Partnerships

The Manager, Publisher Partnerships is based in LA or NY and reports to the Head of US Publisher Sales. The main focus of this position is to acquire new Publisher business and own a portfolio of Publisher clients ensuring full utilization of the Skimlinks’ and Connexity services and platform.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire new premium content publishers across the US market
• Develop and own a portfolio of Publisher clients to utilize Skimlinks’ and Connexity services and platform to their fullest potential
• Build a pipeline of the largest premium content publishers in the US
• Upsell Publishers on internal growth tools to increase revenue
• Negotiate and close new contracts with content publishers
• Educate and influence editorial teams on creating best commerce content
• Evangelize the benefits of a partnership with Skimlinks-Connexity
• Analyze data to benchmark Publisher performance and provide growth suggestions
• Conduct quarterly QBRs for top Publishers
• Collaborate with the Operations team for seamless implementation
• Represent Skimlinks-Connexity at industry events

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of account management and new business acquisition experience
• Solid understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry
• Experience with CPC and CPA cost models and KPIs
• Proven success in negotiation, relationship building, and account management
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a track record of exceeding goals
• Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• BA/BS Degree
