IT Support - Audio-Visual (AV) and Executive

We are seeking an IT Support specialist to provide high-touch technology support for AHM and HDMA executives, including PCs, mobile devices, collaboration tools, video conferencing, and AV support for executive meetings.

The successful candidate will serve as a critical escalation point for Executive Support, Deskside, and Mobile Services, ensuring reliable operations and exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting executives at multiple locations with technical issues and driving them to resolution
• Supporting executive video conference meetings to ensure all parties are connected and functioning properly
• Escalating issues to Network Support, A/V Support, and IS Management as needed
• Documenting all issues and resolutions within AHM IT approved systems
• Driving issues/incidents to countermeasures to minimize client downtime and sustain client productivity
• Ensuring timely resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Achieving project goals for the Executive Support Team, including schedule, budget, and quality commitments
• Providing inputs to QCD reporting for continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• A college level Bachelor’s degree in IT/Networking/Computer Science/Electronics/Data Analytics or a related STEM field of study with at least 3 years of relevant IT industry experience
• Demonstrable experience in audio-visual (AV)/video conference equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Strong technical background supporting Active Directory, Windows operating systems, Apple devices, and video conferencing/AV technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
• Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and support for corporate events
• Valid driving license and ability to operate a motor vehicle without assistance
