We are looking for an associate with experience in financial planning until the execution to join the Jabo Strategy and Planning team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of monthly forecasts and annual business plans, including gathering inputs, consolidating financial projections, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor budget consumption, identify spending patterns, and flag variances that require attention or immediate actions.
- Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards that visualize key financial metrics, ensuring data accuracy and refreshes for stakeholder access.
- Track financial targets against actual results, prepare periodic performance reports, and present findings to support strategic reviews and resource allocation decisions.
- Document dashboard methodologies and reporting processes to ensure continuity and enable knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in FP&A, finance, strategy, or business analysis.
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Understanding in financial and accounting metrics, especially profit and loss (P&L).
- Experience in financial modelling, simulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel (can perform complex functions). SQL/Python/R skills are advantageous but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
