Description
We are seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join our growing Manchester studio. As part of our architectural team, you will work on multiple new projects in the UK and beyond, varying in size, including office, data centres, and commercial developments for governmental, corporate, and institutional clients.
The expectations for the role:
- Work as part of an architectural team to successfully complete tasks/projects
- Demonstrate design sensitivity and awareness for high-quality graphics
- Production of drawn and graphic information in 2D and 3D
- Assisting in the delivery of projects through all RIBA work stages
- Show awareness of productive team working
We will be looking for you to demonstrate:
- Part I and II from a school of Architecture
- Experience of the UK regulations applicable to the discipline and how to demonstrate this in project execution
- Post Part II working experience in RIBA stages 2 - 4
- Fluent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Revit & AutoCAD capability
- Organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to communicate technical detail graphically and effectively
- Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
