Description
We are seeking a Hybrid Driver to join our team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a Hybrid Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels to customers, agents, and stations.
Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, and deliver parcels in a safe and timely manner.
- Verify customer details and addresses using the application before and during delivery to ensure coverage area.
- Conduct pre-departure checks to ensure:
- No discrepancies or damage to parcels.
- All packaging is acceptable.
- Air Waybill (AWB) is present on all parcels.
- Number of items in the application matches physical parcels.
- Parcels are within designated coverage area and route.
- Report any discrepancies to station staff.
- Collect cash on delivery (COD) from customers and reconcile with the application.
- Hand over collected COD to Station Head or Fleet Assistant daily.
- Contact customers before failed deliveries.
- Maintain good customer behavior.
- Adhere to designated routes and schedules.
- Comply with Proof of Delivery (POD) requirements.
- Follow transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Adhere to Ninja Van's Code of Conduct and Quality Policy.
- Perform other tasks directed by superiors.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- Aged 18 and above.
- SPM qualification and above.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Own vehicle (motorcycle/car).
- Valid driver's license and Good Driving License (GDL) if driving company vehicles.
- Clean driving record.
- No criminal record.
- Good attitude and customer-oriented.
- Android phone.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Flexible working hours.
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM or until delivery completion.
Delivery Area: Kampung Gombak & Kuang.
Salary: RM1,700 - RM2,400 per month.
