Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics Engineer (AI & Pipelines)

The GTM Solutions & Governance team at Databricks is seeking a Senior GTM Analytics Engineer to build advanced generative AI applications, automated pipelines, and agentic solutions to optimise revenue operations.

The successful candidate will own the development of data pipelines handling both structured and unstructured data, architect high-level AI implementations, and drive internal Databricks on Databricks (DBX@DBX) initiatives.

Core responsibilities include:

• Architecting and deploying Agentic Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities for intelligent identity resolution and automated data enrichment
• Designing LLM-powered systems and internal agents for KPI root-cause analysis, business insights, and streamlined GTM communication
• Building and managing complex data pipelines for high-fidelity inputs to the GTM data estate
• Integrating with existing governance frameworks and ensuring unified data architecture across critical systems
• Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to develop scalable, data-driven AI solutions

Requirements include:

• Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data pipelines
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
• Strong background in data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics, preferably in B2B sales, marketing, or finance
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS, machine learning, and generative AI deployment
• Excellent collaboration and execution skills
