Description
Ferrari is seeking a dedicated intern for its HR Industrial team to monitor and develop engagement programs for blue-collar employees, promoting continuous improvement, motivation, and participation in company activities.
The successful candidate will support the HR Business Partner with daily activities such as employee life cycle management, updating and providing reports, KPI analysis, and monitoring.
The ideal candidate is a recent master's graduate or current master's student in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field. They should have a passion for the automotive industry, innovative solutions, and prior work experience through internships or projects.
Key requirements include:
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Fluent English
