The Sustainability & Environment Cluster (SEC) is a part of GovTech's Government Digital Transformation team, where we support the Ministry of Sustainability & Environment and its statutory boards , such as National Environment Agency , by developing digital solutions for weather and climate, public health, sustainability, and environmental protection.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Lead / Senior Product Manager to lead our Regulatory licensing product team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the regulatory licensing platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the agency's overall goals.
- Lead the product team to achieve this vision.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product development process.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) or OKRs to measure product success and inform decision-making.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Mentor other product managers.
- Monitor and analyse product metrics and user feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products and mentoring other product managers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
