We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

Our goal is to provide reliable and scalable services that can be used by all the other product teams in the company. We provide such systems for transfers, and payouts domains. We want our platform to be easy to use, integrate, and extend, while also enforcing good practices, risks mitigation, and maintaining high performance.
Responsibilities
- Strong product mindset and passion for user experience, prioritising work with customers in mind and making data-driven decisions to fix customer pain-points
- Great communication skills to drive cross-team projects
- Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Enjoy writing testable, easy to extend, high-quality code
- Solid Java 11+ knowledge, experience with Spring framework and microservice best practices
- Advocate for best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback
- Experience with distributed and concurrent systems
- Hands-on knowledge of microservice architecture patterns
- Experience working with relational databases, messaging queues, and designing schemas
