Sales and Service Advisor

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at HSBC Mexico. As a Sales and Service Advisor, you will be responsible for improving customer experience at our branch by providing excellent service and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Promote our products and services to current and potential customers
• Refer customers to promoters or alternative channels to increase profitability
• Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress)
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector
• Availability to work Monday to Saturday
