Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application

As a Sr. Analyst, Banca Channel Application, you will design, develop, and maintain Banca channel related systems.

Responsibilities:

• Development & Architecture (50%):
• Design systems architecture flow for project business processes
• Implement new features and functions
• Design architecture for new systems
• Collaborate with other teams for guidance

• Technical & Project Support (30%):
• Analyse business requirements and estimate costs
• Review business requirements and function designs
• Guide junior developers and vendors
• Maintain and enhance production systems

• Project Delivery (20%):
• Lead and participate in Banca channel app projects
• Manage project scoping, development, testing, implementation, and user training
• Deliver project documentation

Requirements:

• Education: University Bachelor degree or above
• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin
• Experience: 5+ years of Java backend development experience
• Technical skills:
• Proficient in Spring Framework and MyBatis
• Strong expertise in microservices and MySQL
• Experience with enterprise-level system performance enhancement and high availability improvement
• Personal skills: problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and creativity
