As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and trained brand ambassador program. You will understand the Red Bull target audience and be responsible for promoting the brand image and product functionality on your campus and in your region.
The objective of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, enthuse university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on your campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try products, as well as working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador and product expert: live and breathe the brand personality and values, representing the brand exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or customers.
- Expand consumer base: invite people to try Red Bull, respond assertively to consumer inquiries, and create and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus.
- Build relationships: establish a solid network of contacts with key stakeholders and promote the brand on social media.
- Work at Red Bull events: ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
Requirements
- Active enrollment
- Formation from the first semester of 2027, preferably in Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Advertising and Propaganda, or Marketing courses
- Valid driver's license category B
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product
- Excellent communication skills
- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and extroverted personality
- Immersed in student life, with a broad understanding of the university scenario, city, and region
- Highly accessible and sociable, with the ability to relate to different people in various situations
- Creative mentality and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to balance part-time work and studies
- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially in marketing and sales
- Connected to various groups and influential individuals on campus
