Head of Mission Readiness, Ghost

Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Mission Readiness, Ghost to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA.

The successful candidate will lead the effort to advance and formalize Anduril's Mission Readiness - Integrated Support capabilities. They will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive logistics strategies to improve Anduril's ability to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing all Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs
• Implementing and maintaining logistics systems, standards, and data
• Leading and developing a high-performing team
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of logistics goals
• Developing and implementing logistics plans and best practices
• Participating with engineering to establish design concepts and criteria
• Influencing contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications
• Problem-solving and removing obstacles for the team and internal and external partners
• Communicating effectively with internal and external teams

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience
• Technical expertise and application of logistics management principles
• Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel as needed for business
• Ability to be local or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA

Preferred qualifications include:

• Expertise in regulatory requirements related to the DoD or government logistics
• Experience working with Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally in an unstructured environment
• Strong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation and adoption
