Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Mission Readiness, Ghost to join their team in Costa Mesa, CA.
The successful candidate will lead the effort to advance and formalize Anduril's Mission Readiness - Integrated Support capabilities. They will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive logistics strategies to improve Anduril's ability to deploy, maintain, and sustain hardware.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing all Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs
- Implementing and maintaining logistics systems, standards, and data
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of logistics goals
- Developing and implementing logistics plans and best practices
- Participating with engineering to establish design concepts and criteria
- Influencing contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications
- Problem-solving and removing obstacles for the team and internal and external partners
- Communicating effectively with internal and external teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience
- Technical expertise and application of logistics management principles
- Leadership skills, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
- Ability to travel as needed for business
- Ability to be local or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
Preferred qualifications include:
- Expertise in regulatory requirements related to the DoD or government logistics
- Experience working with Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally in an unstructured environment
- Strong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation and adoption
