Physical Therapist- Outpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team at Aspirus Langlade Hospital in Antigo, WI. Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in our outpatient clinic
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to achieve patient goals
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Prioritize patient-centered care and evidence-based practice

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Current Wisconsin licensure to practice Physical Therapy
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire
