Physical Therapist I

We are seeking a Physical Therapist I to join our team at Duly Health and Care in Orland Hills, Illinois. As a Physical Therapist I, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients.

Requirements:

• Licensed in the State of Illinois
• Completed appropriate coursework from an accredited university
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Must be willing to work two evening shifts until 8:00pm
