Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse/Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Barnet Lane Clinic. As a Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with complex needs while supporting colleagues. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and evaluating care, mentoring team members, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
- Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
- Provide mentorship and support to team members
- Observe, record and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements:
- A relevant nursing qualification
- NMC registration
- Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
