Description
We are seeking a Mid/Senior Smart3D Administrator to join our Power Generation team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in multiple offices across the United States, including Hailey, ID, Boise, ID, Mount Laurel, NJ, Oradell, NJ, Overland Park, KS, Atlanta, GA, and Houston, TX, with options for hybrid or remote work.
The role involves:
- Installing and maintaining Smart3D products
- Setting up projects for Smart3D-based power generation projects
- Configuring Smart3D drawing sets and managing them
- Setting up and managing Smart3D reporting
- Developing and maintaining specifications
- Using and supporting Interop
- Using and supporting Isogen
- Designing process piping using Smart3D
To be considered, you should have:
- An Associate's degree in Design and Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 10 years of documented experience
- At least 5 years of design experience with Smart3D
- Documented completion of Smart3D training courses
- At least 5 years of administration experience with Smart3D
Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of process piping design, standards, and specifications
- Experience with P&IDs, orthographics, isometrics, and related detail drawings
- Power plant or refinery design experience
- SPID and SPI admin experience
- NET experience
- SQL Server experience
