APAC Recruiting Coordinator

Anthropic is growing rapidly across Asia Pacific and is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore. The successful candidate will deliver a high-touch interview experience for candidates across APAC, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops across multiple time zones, languages, and stakeholder calendars.
• Be the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics, providing a warm, clear, and culturally aware tone.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a trusted advisor, flagging capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms.
• Maintain accurate systems for APAC roles, including Greenhouse job setup and scheduling tool configuration.
• Provide coverage within the follow-the-sun model, ensuring smooth handoffs.
• Support recruiters and RecOps with regional hiring operations as the APAC footprint grows.
• Improve processes and document best practices.
• Independently scope and lead projects from problem to solution.
• Utilize AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets.
• Experience coordinating across time zones and markets with an understanding of local business norms.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and a scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime).
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in crafting friendly, informative emails.
• Ability to create structure where needed and judge when to escalate.
• Fluency in English (native or business-level), with additional APAC languages a plus.
• A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and commitment to AI safety.
